Description:  Six foot, three inches, Caucasian with slightly graying dark brown hair, with two blue eyes and a total average looking face, not handsome, but not plain either.  Intially dressed in a suit, but with no lapels or collar, charcoal gray in color, with a very clean white pullover shirt with a stunted turtleneck.

Nickname:  Unknown

Hobbies: Unknown

Background:  Politician from Earth who pulled all strings and called in all favors to be appointed to the first Ambassador to the Alarian Empire.   Died on Picardo 27 when the Alarian Empire destroyed the Peace Questor.

Writing Origin:  Do I really need to explain the origin of this politically minded, fame seeking and clueless character.

Description:  The Picardo solar system has 27 planets in it.  The Peace Questor was destroyed in orbit around Picardo 27.

1st Appearance:  Scouts Out

Description:   thin black man with a stern looking face who appeared to be serious most of the time.

2nd Appearance:  3rd Fleet Story

Hobbies:  Likes cooking, makes omelets when Wasboski and the Admiral get together when Wasboski returns from Earth.

Proposed the peace mission to the Alarians but his peer Wasboski was sent instead.

Background:   Middle child of five, grew up in Uganda, was a shop keeper, convenience store, working for his parents, worked for siblings when parents died in the worldwide influenza outbreak of 2020.   Had one leg that was shorter than the other (birth defect and almost blind without glasses, all fixed by the Outfitters)   Read a lot of history and loves mathematics.
