First Mention: The yet to be released 2nd Renegade Tale

Description: Common game in bars, similar to earth pool but with spring loaded tubes moving colored balls on an octagon shaped table with pockets in the corners.

Writing Orgin: Needed a game to be played in a bar. The name, came from a combination of two names Wolverine and Topa (I had just finished watching a Season 3 Episode of the Orville.)
