Significance:  The first manned defensive line set up by the Unified Earth Fleet (Stranger)

Description:  A series of manned, and unmanned defensive posts, sensor and scanner systems arranged in a bowl shape.   Interlocking and redunant communications relays.  Refueling and refit stations manned by droids, all heavily protected by both orbital and planetary defenses.

Location:  About halfway between Earth and claimed Horde space.
